Judith Marie Hoskin

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Judy Marie Hoskin of Victoria Mines on December 15, 2017. She died peacefully in the Palliative Care Unit at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital with her husband by her side.
Judy was born November 13, 1945 in Sydney to late Daniel and Mary MacNeil.
She is survived by husband, Roger; daughter, Corina (Kelly) Doary, and son, Michael (Raquel); grandchildren, Melissa, Hailey and Luke; sister, Diane, as well as multiple cousins.
She is predeceased by grandson, Caleb; brother, Donnie; sister, Patricia, as well as multiple cousins.
Judy was a homemaker who happily committed her time and life to her children and grandchildren. They were her main focus and the joy of her life. In her younger days she worked for MT&T as a telephone operator and for years enjoyed leading a catholic youth group at St. Alphonses Parish.
Cremation has taken place under the care of McLellan Brothers Funeral Home, 3183 Plummer Ave., New Waterford, 902-862-7500. No visitation or service by request.
Donations or memorials can be made to the Palliative Care Unit at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital.
