It is with great sadness that the family of the late Elizabeth Snook announce her passing at the Bay St. George Long Term Care Center in Stephenville Crossing on December 19th 2017 at the age of 96 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children: Albert (Josee) in Quebec, Patricia Ward in Stephenville, Isabel (Wilson) Matthews in Lab City and Mary (Anthony) Smith in Stephenville. Also leaving to mourn ten grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren a large circle of relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents Edward and Mary Joy, her husband Albert Snook and her two sisters Margaret McCormack and Ann Morrison. Visitation will take place on Thursday December 21st from 7-9 P.M from Russell’s Funeral Home in Stephenville. The funeral service will take place on Friday December 22nd at 10 A.M from St. Stephen’s Parish on West Street with interment in the Hillside Interfaith Cemetery on the Hansen Highway.
