Phyllis Josey
At South Shore Villa, Crapaud, on December 19, 2017 of Phyllis Josey (nee Dowling), of Charlottetown, age 91 years. Beloved wife of Ralph (Farmer) Josey and loving mother of James Cormier (Carley), Harvey Cormier (Paula), Kelva Kitson (George), Ralph Josey (Lynn) and Bruce Josey. She was predeceased by her parents Leo and Ester Dowling (nee Doncaster). Completion of funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Hillsboro Funeral Home.
