Peacefully passed away on January 4th, 2018, Mary Bridget Oakley, age 79. Predeceased by husband Fred, and parents Charles and Irene Firth of New Brunswick. Leaving to mourn with loving memories children Sharon (Mark), Fred, and George; grandchildren Amy, Emily and Katie Worden, Rhiannon and Georgia; special family: Dena Daniels, John Garland, Faron Paul. Bridget was involved with the SDA Academy orange and grapefruit fruit sales for close to 30 years and was know to many as “The Orange Lady”. Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, on Saturday, January 6th, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and Sunday, January 7th, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Monday, January 8th, 2018 at 2 p.m. from The Carnell Memorial Chapel with interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Kenmount Road.
