The death occurred peacefully, with family by her side, at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Charlottetown, on Friday, February 9, 2018, of Joyce Gallant (nee Gallant), daughter of the late Andrew and Florence Gallant, and special friend to Helen Friesen, of Charlottetown, and formerly of Rustico, aged 66. Funeral mass will be celebrated at Stella Maris Roman Catholic Church, North Rustico, on Monday, February 12, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. Interment in Stella Maris Cemetery.
