The Russell family sadly announce the sudden passing of Robert Angus Russell, 37, of Westville on Thursday, February 15, 2018.

Born in New Glasgow, he is a son of Susun (Downey) Russell-White and the late Robert Russell and stepson of Paul White.

Robert loved music, especially playing guitar, and 4 wheeling. His greatest love was his children.

He will be dearly missed by his children, Morgan and Kody and their mother Deborah; Khia, Robert “Bobby”, Kaiden, Ryland and their mother Connie; and fiancée Nancy; sisters, Suzannah Nickerson (Dennis), Tammy Hawboldt (Rick); nieces and nephews, Brandon, Bradley, Isabel, and Cierra; Gary (Samantha) and Makayla; paternal grandmother Ethel Russell and maternal grandmother Joyce Downey; special friend and father figure Tom Linthorne; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was predeceased by grandfathers Robert Russell and Ronald Downey.

Robert is resting at Eagles Funeral Home, Westville with visiting on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. His funeral service will be held 2 o’clock at Eagles Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in St. Andrew’s Cemetery, Gairloch. www.eaglesfuneralhome.ca
