Peacefully, surrounded by his wife and family at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Thursday, February 15, 2018 of Charlottetown, age 75 years. Beloved husband of Linda (nee Vaters) Blacquiere. Brother of Joe (Marjorie), Wayne, Peggy (Harvey) Bell, many nieces and nephews.
