Passed away February 16th 2018 at Charles S. Curtis Memorial Hospital in St. Anthony at the age of 83 years. Dulcie will always be remembered by her sons Edward (Jennifer), and Carter (Honora); grandchildren Kylie (Brian), and Effie (Kris); great-grandchildren Kobe, Keegan, Jayden, and Ava. Dulcie was predeceased by her husband Kirby; partner John; son Baxter; parents Clement and Gertrude Williams; sisters Mary Jane, and Eliza; brother Roland as well as a circle of extended family and friends. Visitation took place at St. Mary’s Anglican Church in Black Duck Cove from where visitation was held until the funeral on Monday, February 19th at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Claire Stewart officiating. Interment followed in the Anglican Cemetery in Black Duck Cove. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Kerry M. Fillatre’s Funeral Home, St. Anthony and Roddickton, Lee Nippard, funeral director.
