We, the family of the late Jessie Ann Rankin, wish to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to our friends, relatives and neighbours for the expressions of love, support and sympathy we received during the recent loss of our mother. To everyone who visited, called, sent food, flowers, emails, online condolences, or helped in any way, we thank you. Your prayers and kindness helped us through a difficult time. Thank you for the Mass and sympathy cards and monetary donations in Mom’s name. The kindness of so many will never be forgotten. We are deeply grateful to family and friends who attended and travelled a distance to be with us at this time. Special thank for the care and kindness extended to our mother over the years by Dr. Myatt, Janice Black R.N., Dr. E MacMullin and nursing staff at Wound Clinic and the V.O.N. and Palliative Care nurses. A sincere thank you to the readers and pallbearers from our family and to Mom’s CWL friends who provided an honour guard. Our heartful appreciation to Fr. Bill Burke, Fr. Bernie MacDonald and Fr. Dwayne Devereux for the beautiful Funeral Mass and to the choir at St. Marguerite Bourgeoys Church for the gift of music and song. To the staff at T.W. Curry Parkview Chapel, we thank you for your guidance and professionalism to our family during this difficult time.
