Williams, Clarence E., 75 of Port Mouton died at Queens General Hospital on April 30th, 2018. Born in South West Port Mouton he was a son of the late Charles and Nina (Huphman) Williams. He was a fisherman all his life. He loved hunting and fishing. He is survived by his common-law wife Evelina Smith; sisters Christine, Mildred and Margaret; brother Stanley. He was predeceased by brothers Lewis and Sydney. Cremation will take place at the Davis Funeral Home in Chester. A family funeral service will be held at a later date.
