The death occurred at the Wedgewood Manor, Summerside, on Saturday, May 12, 2018, of Florence Warren, of Summerside, aged 85 years. Born in Summerside, she was the daughter of the late William and Katherine (Martell) Gallant. Survived by her children Billy (Janet), Greg (Carol Ann), Darlene MacDonald, Shirley MacAusland, David, Glenn (Patty), Cathy (Peter) Richard and Monty (Gladys); daughter-in-law Marilyn Warren; 17 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren; a brother Clarence Gallant; and by sisters Dorothy Nickerson and Shirley Gallant. Predeceased by her husband Daniel Warren; son Danny Warren Jr.; grandsons Jason Irvine and Warren Richard; great-grandchildren Rylee Faith DesRoche and Eric Warren; daughter-in-law Nora Warren; sons-in-law Lowell MacDonald, David MacAusland and Henry DesRoche; a sister Irene Fear; and by brothers Vernon and David Gallant. Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside, until Thursday, then to St. Paul’s Church, Summerside, for funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment in St. Paul’s Cemetery, Summerside.
