Ferguson, Dorothy Myra – Truro, 80 passed away in the Colchester East Hants Health Centre. She was born in Pictou and was the daughter of the late Aubrey and Dorothy Smith, Scotsburn, NS. She is survived by sons, Brent (Helen), Alistair and daughter, Shelley Scott (Gary); three granddaughters; four grandsons; four great grandchildren; two sisters, Jean Cotter and Thelma Caissie of Scotsburn. She was predeceased by her husband, Ivan and daughter, Deborah; brothers, Elmer, Bert, Waldo, Jerald, Francis, Ralph, Ross and Chesley; sisters, Irene, Pauline and Mabel. Thanks are extended to Nurses and Care Workers at the Dialysis Unit of Colchester East Hants Health Centre for the care provided over the years. Cremation has taken place. No visitation at Dorothy’s request, a private family committal will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Dialysis Unit at CEHHC.
