Passed peacefully away at his residence on Wednesday, June 6, 2018, Francis Lawlor, age 79 years. Predeceased by his loving wife: Mary (Whalen); parents: Felix & Isabelle; parents-in-law: Nathaniel Sr. and Lillian Whalen; brothers: Andrew (Virginia) & Joseph; sisters; Uriel (Nathaniel) & Mercedes; brothers-in-law: Deke, Bob & Eldon, Nathaniel Whalen Jr. & baby Paul Whalen; sister-in-law: Betty Stringer (Jonah). Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his children: Angela, Francis Jr., Darlene (Freeman), & Neil (Catherine); grandchildren: Jennifer Lee, Jessica, Nicholas, Alana, Cole, Alicia; great-granddaughter: Emma Lee Mary; brothers: Patrick (Margaret) & Eugene (Lena); sisters: Mary, Genevieve (Tiago), Madeline, Angela & Maureen (Eli); sister-in-law: Catharine; brothers-in-law: Edward (Anne). Edgar (Alison), Lyndon (Daisy), Albert (Beverly), Paul (Denise); sisters-in-law: Lillian (Ted), Sylvia (Randy), Marlene (Ron), Darlene (Brad); many nieces, nephews, other relatives and close friends. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 73 Commonwealth Avenue, Mount Pearl with visitations on Thursday, June 7, 2018 from 7pm-9pm and Friday, June 8 from 2pm-4pm & 7pm-9pm. Funeral service to be held from Barrett’s Mount Pearl Chapel on Saturday, June 9, 2018 at 10am. Cremation to follow the service.
