Olive Jacklin
In the company of her family on May 31, 2018, at St. Paul’s Hospital, Saskatoon, Olive passed away peacefully just three weeks before her 95th birthday. Olive requested that there be no funeral or memorial service for her. Instead, she wished only “to thank her thoughtful family and friends for their kindness over the years.” She was predeceased by her husband Stan Jacklin of Nipawin, her parents Mabel and L.W. Bell, brother Vaughn (Ruth) Bell and sister Norma (Bill) Foster, all of Prince Albert, and sister Hilma (George) Moir of Belleville, Ontario. She is greatly missed by her three children, Lauren (Lorraine) Jacklin of Nipawin, Juanita Jacklin-Kennedy (Ian) of Deep River, Ontario and Emmet Jacklin of Saskatoon. She is also survived and sadly missed by 10 grandchildren, 5 greatgrandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, and special nieces, nephews and extended family and friends in Prince Albert, Saskatoon, Alberta, Ontario, England and Cyprus. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in her memory to the charity of your choice.
