Diana Lynn BRIGGETTE-BROWN

It is with broken hearts that we announce the sudden passing of our mother, grandmother, sister and wife Dianna, 60, on June 3, 2018 at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital. Diana was born to Peter and Theresa Briggette on November 18, 1957. She worked for McDonald’s Corp for 40 years and continued to work until her passing. Diana had one of the biggest hearts and would do anything for anyone in need. She was wise and had a big love for her family. She had a wonderful sense of humour and loved listening to her favourite band, “The Rolling Stones”.
Diane is survived by her husband, Jason A. Brown; children, Lorraine (Paul) Hill, Theresa, Jason and Shane, all of Ontario; siblings, Carolyn (Bruce) Dorey, Middle Sackville, Tim (late Donna), Sydney, Quintin, Halifax and the late Michael Briggette; eleven grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her first husband, William.
A celebration of Diana’s life will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in the S.W. Chant & Son Funeral Home with Rev Sheldon Chant officiating.
