Rev. Carl A. Friedrich entered the presence of his loving Saviour on Monday, June 25, 2018. Surrounded by his precious family, he left this earth peacefully. Carl is survived by his beloved wife of 64 years, Patricia; his children, Dawn of Halifax, Deborah of Kingston ON, Wesley (Sheila) of Ottawa, Carl (Sheryl) of P.E.I.; his grandchildren Creighton (Rachel), Johanna, Joshua, Jonathan, Daniel, Anna, Andrew, Benjamin; his daughter-in-law Valerie; his sister Joyce in Richmond BC; his brother-in-law Jack of Peterborough ON. He is predeceased by his son Calvin and his sister Elizabeth of Peterborough ON. Carl served his Lord with Patricia as a missionary in Panama followed by many years in the pastoral ministry. His life impacted countless people. After many happy years in Kingston ON, declining health necessitated a move to P.E.I. The family is so grateful for the amazing care and support given to Carl at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Unit 8 and the PEI Atlantic Baptist Home. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed. Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home for visitation Friday 7-9 p.m. A private funeral service will be held.
