Peacefully, surrounded by his family, at Prince County Hospital, Summerside on Tuesday, July 3, 2018 of Cecil Joseph Clements, of Burton Lot 7, aged 80, beloved husband of Kathleen (Nee Collicutt) Clements. Cecil was born in Roseville on August 1, 1937, son of the late Benjamin & Olive (Jones) Clements. Cherished father to Joseph (Tracey), Burton; Blair (Cindy), Haliburton; Tony (Jeanne), Cascumpec; Lynsey (Jamie) Matieshin, Kerrobert, Sask; Sharon Clements (Barry Hart), Elmsdale and Terri-Lee Clements (Bernie McInnis), Cape Breton. Loving grandfather to 20 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Dear brother to Clarence (Jean), Campbellton; Betty Bernard, ON; Thelma Donahue, Roseville; Velma (Ronnie) Bulger, Burton; Muncy, Roseville; John (Alta), Burton; Anette (Jim) Veno, ON; Beverly (Earl) Gallant, Roseville; Brian (Jenny), Alberton. Cecil is also survived by Sisters and Brothers in law, Mary Clements, Alberton; Annie Gallant, O’Leary; Wendell (June) Collicutt, Gravenhurst, ON; Eric (Joanne) Collicutt, Orangeville, ON; Ronnie (Rita) Collicutt, Cape Wolfe; Gary (Joyce) Collicutt, Hamilton, ON; Belinda (Malcolm) Dimelow, Peterborough, ON; Lowell Collicutt, Kitchener, ON and Alma (Miles) Currie, Stratford. Cecil was predeceased by his parents, Grandson Dustin Clements, brother Roy, mother and father in law Edmond & Stella (O’Conner) Collicutt, step father in law Frank Stewart brothers in law Albert Bernard and Gregory Donahue and sisters in law Shirley Flett, Alice Stevens and Marilyn Bulger. Resting at Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel, O’Leary with visiting hours Thursday from 3-5 & 7-9 p.m. and Friday until 9:45 a.m. then to St Mark’s Roman Catholic Church for funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment will be at a later date in the Parish Cemetery.
