Mary Agnes MacDonald

Mary Agnes MacDonald, 75, of Coxheath, and formerly of Glendale, died July 4, 2018 at the North Side General Hospital. Born in Glendale, she was a daughter of the late Alexander and Christina (MacInnis) MacDonald.
Mary enjoyed singing old song and dancing, she will be remembered as a great story teller and will be missed by her many friends.
She is survived by her partner, Ernie Jardine; sisters, Eileen MacDonald, Judy MacRae, both of New Glasgow, Kay Feilding; brothers, Donald Joseph and Hughie, all of Port Hawkesbury; many nieces, nephews and cousins, and special aunt, Catherine MacIsaac, Port Hawkesbury.
She was predeceased by a sister, Jessie MacDonald.
The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses for the loving care Mary received and for the telephone calls to her family, while she was a patient at the Northside General Hospital.
Resting in Green’s Funeral Home Port Hawkesbury on Monday from 6-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be offered Tuesday at 11 a.m. from St. Mary of the Angels Roman Catholic Church, Glendale with Rev. Duncan MacIsaac presiding, burial will follow in the Parish Cemetery.
Funeral Arrangements are under the direction of Green’s Funeral Home, Port Hawkesbury.
