ARMSTRONG, LILLIAN - The death of Lillian June Armstrong, age 80, of Springfield, NB, occurred at her residence, on May 22, 2011. She was born at Springfield, NB, on March 12, 1931, the daughter of the late Percy and Alice (Reed) Pearson. Lillian is survived by her daughters Beth Armstrong, Bev and Ron Black, Joy and Dave Baskin; son Robbie and Lorraine Armstrong all of Springfield Kings County, NB; grandchildren Kate, Daniel, Ryan, Chauncey, Darcy, Megan, Zack, Molly, Kyle; great grandchildren Lukas, Lachlan, Camryn; sister Marguerite Carroll of Pleasant Grove, Utah; brother Bud Pearson of Sussex, NB; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her grandson Nicholas.
She is resting at Sherwood’s Funeral Home and Life Tribute Centre (506-839-2156), 18 Scovil Road, Norton, NB, with visitation on Thursday from 3 to 5 and 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral service conducted by Rev. Rob Marsh, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 27, 2011, from Trinity Anglican Church, Springfield, NB. A private family interment will follow in St. Simon and St. Jude’s Cemetery, Belleisle Creek, NB.
