Peacefully at the Kings County Memorial Hospital on Friday, August 17, 2018 of John E. Morrison of Orwell and formerly of Roseberry, age 85 years. Beloved husband of the late Bessie Morrison. Loving father of Blair (Therese), Ann (David) MacDonald, Linda (Blair) Henry, Karen (John) Vantyghem and Heidi (Eddie) MacEachern. Loving Poppy to 12 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Brother of Anne McColl and brother-in-law of Doris Morrison. Predeceased by brothers Murdock, Laurie, Bill and Ernie Morrison, brother-in-law Colin McColl, son-in-law Louis Ross and nephew Laurie Morrison. Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel from where the service will be held on Monday at 10 a.m. Interment in Belfast Cemetery. If so desired, memorials to the Oncology Unit of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital or the Belfast Cemetery would be appreciated.
