It is with great sadness, but also fond memories, that we announce the passing of Laurie Pike of White Rock, BC, formerly of St. John’s, NL, after a brave battle with leukemia. Laurie was employed at Coast Mountain Bus Company, of Vancouver. He was a wonderful friend to all who were fortunate enough to know him. We will all miss his kindness, his happy persona and his ability to make everyone feel special. Predeceased by his parents John and Marguerite Pike of Winterton, NL. Lovingly remembered by sister Linda (David), brother Ken, (Kelly), nieces Jamie (Nick), Laurie (Darrin) and Hayley, also a large number of friends and relatives. At his request, there will be no service. In Laurie’s memory, donations can be made to Canadian Blood Services.
