Tommy Whiting
It is with great sadness that we the family announce the passing of Thomas Whiting at Victoria Haven Nursing Home on September 21, 2018.
Born in Glace Bay he was the son of the late Hoyles and Philly Whiting.
In Tommy’s younger years his joy in life was spending time at the Miners Form. Survived by his brother Daniel “Dut” (Mary) and several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by a sister, Dorothy and special Aunt Helen Ford who was like a second mother to him.
Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of Patten Funeral Home Glace Bay. There will be a graveside service in Greenwood Cemetery at a late date.
