Peacefully, surrounded by her family at the Souris Hospital on Thursday, October 11, 2018 of Sophie Bernice MacLaren of Morell, age 86 years. Beloved wife of the late Melvin MacLaren. Loving mother of Frank (Wendy), Kevin (Claire) and Darrell (Paula). Nanny to Krista (A.J.) MacFarlane, Kerri (Kevin) Doyle, Kody (Koda Orstrowski), Kaela (Chris MacRae), Keaton, Karolyn, Cole, Jake, Kate and Ryan. Great nanny to Zachary and Maxwell MacFarlane, Thomas Doyle and Kanen and Luca MacLaren. Predeceased by her son Franklin, granddaughter Catherine, parents Thomas and Agnes Popek, six brothers and three sisters. Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel.
