It is with deep sadness that the family of the Late Zackery Thomas St. Croix announce his passing on Tuesday, May 24, 2011 in St. George’s, NL at the age of 15 years. Zackery will always be remembered and loved by his parents Lorie McFatridge and Eugene St. Croix; grandparents: Eugene and Theresa St. Croix, Leona Swyers; great-grandmother Melinda Bennett; Aunts: Selina Swyers, Thelma Hannaford (godmother), Emma Alexander, Anita Muise, Roxanne St. Croix; uncles: Chuckie Bennett, Ron Swyers, Kenneth St. Croix, Cliff St. Croix, Guy St. Croix (godfather). He will also be dearly missed by his second set of parents Sharon and Danny Cormier, best friend Mitchell, many cousins, teachers and friends. Visitation will take place from Fillatre's Funeral Home on Thursday from 7 – 9 p.m. and Friday from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. The funeral service will take place from St. Joseph’s Parish in St. George’s, NL on Saturday, May 28, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. with Father Gerard Patry officiating. Cremation will take place at Humber Valley Crematorium following the Service. As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to the Stephenville Minor Hockey Association through Sharon Cormier.
