The family of Adam Siwak announces his sudden passing on October 21, 2018, at the age of 87. Adam was born on July 18, 1931, to Frank and Julia Siwak.

Adam is mourned by his loving wife of 57 years, Helen Siwak; his children, Benjamin (Sue) Siwak and Karen Siwak; three grandchildren (Sarah Siwak, Lucas Siwak, and Emily Siwak); sister-in-law Winnie (Randy) Gowryluk; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins, as well as a host of loving friends and neighbors. 

Adam was predeceased by his parents, Frank and Julia Siwak and mother-in-law, Antonina Komanowski; his brothers Walter (Lucille) Siwak, Marion Siwak and Roman (Diane) Siwak; his sisters Janet (Stanley) Jinjoe and Cornella (Zabie) Bialosiewicz.

Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 27, 2018, 2:00 p.m., at Gray’s Funeral Chapel 575 – 28th St. W, Prince Albert, SK. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.grays.ca.  Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Gray's Funeral Chapel, (306-922-4729)
