It is with sadness that the family of Marion Lois Darrach, age 95, of Norton, N.B., wife of the late Lloyd Darrach, announces her death which occurred on Saturday, October 20, 2018 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. She was born on August 28, 1923, in Stanley Bridge, P.E., a daughter of the late Frank and Annie (Nurray) Bell. Marion is survived by children: Trudy (Peter) Steele of Norton, NB, Blaine Darrach of Cambridge Narrows, N.B., Barbara (John) Wolfe of North Vancouver, B.C.; grandchildren Rebecca Steele (Chris Herring) of Calgary, AB, Jessica (Jon) Olthuis of Calgary, AB, Jennifer (Bob) Betts of Fredericton, N.B., Kari (Dwight) Stairs of Durham Bridge, NB, Samantha Wolfe of Vancouver, B.C., Alexandra Wolfe of Vancouver, B.C., Jonathan Wolfe of Vancouver, B.C.; great-grandchildren Victoria, Aemelia, Josie, Emma, Olivia, Brooke, Rowan; as well as several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and husband, Marion was also predeceased by her brothers Layton Bell and David Bell. Arrangements have been entrusted to Sherwood’s Funeral Home and Life Tribute Centre (506-839-2156), 18 Scovil Road, Norton, N.B. The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 27, 2018 at 11 a.m. from Sherwood’s Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will take place in the Riverbank Cemetery.
