WILLIAM (BILL) FARRELL SR.
August 11th, 1941 ~ October 25th, 2018


It is with broken hearts that the family of the late WILLIAM FARRELL SR. of Marystown announces his passing. Mr. Farrell passed away at the U.S. Memorial Health Care Center in St. Lawrence on October 25, 2018 at the age of 77. Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of wonderful memories are his son, William Jr. (Karen Parsons); daughter, Debbie Linehan (Al); 1 grandson, Andrew Farrell ; brothers, Jim Farrell (Greta) of Moncton, NB, Gerald Farrell (Vivian) of Pictou, NS, Patrick Farrell (Amy) of Marystown, and Cyril Farrell (Sheila) of Grand Falls; sister, Hannah Farrell of Ajax, ON; special mention of Hannah Bea Horwood and Emilia Bridget Slaney plus a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Mr. Farrell was predeceased by his wife Bridgett Farrell and his parents Hannah and Ernest Farrell.

The Farrell Family accepted visitors at Wiseman’s Funeral Homes in Marystown on Saturday, October 27th and Sunday, October 28th. Mass of Christian Burial took place at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in Marystown on Monday, October 28th.

Interment followed at the Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Cemetery.

In William’s memory donations may be made to the Sacred Heart Academy Breakfast Program or flowers gratefully accepted.
