Peacefully, surrounded by his family at the Prince County Hospital in Summerside, on Saturday October 27, 2018 of Kenneth (Kenny) Harold Simmons of Summerside, aged 83 years. Born in North St. Eleanors on July 24, 1935. Son of the late Harold and Lulu (Yeo) Simmons. Husband of 40 years to the late Pauline (Moase) Simmons. Father of Wendy (Richard) Corkum, Summerside and Wayne (Natalie) Simmons, Charlottetown. Grampy to Brent (Emilynn), Colin, Andrew and Devon Simmons. Brother of Keith Simmons (Theresa Veno), Summerside and Norman (Beryl) Simmons, Charlottetown. Brother-in-law of Sheila Simmons, Geraldine Moase (Wendell - deceased) and Joyce Simmons of Summerside. Predeceased by brother Clarence Simmons, sister and brother-in-law Blanche and Frank Haslam and sister-in-law Miriam Simmons. Resting at the Davison Funeral Home in Kensington for visitation on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Wednesday in Trinity United Church Summerside at 2 p.m. Interment in People’s Cemetery Kensington.
