Passed peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Tuesday, October 30, 2018, Brendan Clement Flood, age 92, of South Melville, PEI. He is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Barbara (nee Roberts); stepsons Tom Doyle and Jim Doyle; step-grandchildren Amy Doyle (Brody Irving) and Robert Doyle; daughter-in-law, Carolyn Bennett; sister-in-law, Millie Doyle (Philip); brother-in-law, John Roberts; and numerous nieces and nephews as well as grand-nieces and grand-nephews. Predeceased by his parents James and Mary (nee Ready) Flood; brother, Joe Flood (Una) and sisters, Marian Flood, Patricia MacAulay (Ronald), Mercedes Donahue (Harold), Sylvia McGaughey (Morgan), and Bernadette Flood. Visitation will take place at St. Joseph's Church, Kelly's Cross, PEI, on Thursday, November 1, 2018, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Joseph's Church in Kelly's Cross on Friday, November 2, 2018, at 10:30 a.m. Interment in St. Joseph's Parish Cemetery.
