Peacefully at the Western Hospital, Alberton on Saturday December 8, 2018 of Richard (Dick) Ellsworth of St. Edward aged 81 years. Beloved husband of the late Shirley Ellsworth (Chaisson) deceased on August 14, 2018. He was born in St. Edward on June 4, 1937, the son of Arnold and Agnes (Gallant) Ellsworth. Dear father to Gail (Floyd), Tignish; Darryl, St. Edward; Shelley (Rodney), Oromocto, NB; Tammy (Kevin), Charlottetown and Scott (Matt), Calgary, Alberta. Cherished grandfather to Nicole, Elmer, Lacey, Jeff, Brydon, Megan, Ryan and great- grandfather to Abby, Jarren, Jace, Kolby, Brooklyn, Jacie-Lynn and Kora-Lee He is also survived by brothers and sister Velda (Ralph) Peters, Harrow, On.; Brad, St. Edward, Harold (Bernetta), St. Edward; Morgan, St. Louis, Wayne (Verna), Campbellton. He was predeceased by parents Arnold and Agnes, wife Shirley, daughter Roxanne, granddaughter Krista-Dawn, Jennifer, brother Joe, sisters Kathleen, Ethel, Mary, Lucina and Eileen in infancy. Resting at the West Prince Funeral Home, Palmer Road for visiting hours Monday 2-4 & 7-9 PM and Tuesday from 9-10 AM. Funeral will be held Tuesday December 11. 2018 at the Immaculate Conception Church, Palmer Road with funeral mass at 10:30 AM. Memorial donations to Immaculate Conception Repair Fund or Cemetery Fund would be greatly appreciated.
