Passed away suddenly but peacefully at St. Clare’s on Wednesday, December 12, 2018, Edna Alice Evans in her 92nd year. Predeceased by her husband Fred (2009), parents Thomas and Clara; brothers and sisters: William (Jane), Jack (Rita), Edward, Meryl, Greta (George Peddle), Fran (Harvey Austin), Marie (Howard Rendell). Leaving to mourn her caregiver and son Wayne, Terry (Carol), Howard (Glenda), Diane (Walter Follett), grandchildren, Stephen Follett (Shannon), Jennifer Sellers (partner Leslie Mallon), Diana (Matt Eckenswiller), David Evans (partner Laurie Merchant); great-grandchildren, Daniel and Adam Follett, Ashley Sellers and Kai Eckenswiller; sisters-in-law, Shirley and Ingaretha Bishop; special nieces, June (Gil Boyce), Winnie and Annie Boone; special friends, Betty Curtis, Margaret Boone, Shirley Burroughs, Theresa Pelletier, Marion Sharpe, Lilian Collis, Josephine Hayes; and a large circle of family and friends. As per Mom’s request, cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation. Interment and private family service to take place at Mount Pleasant Cemetery at a later date.
