Passed peacefully away at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, December 16, 2018. Predeceased by her husband, Daniel; parents, Leo F. Kennedy and Theresa (King); brothers, John, Leo, Patrick, Mike and Richard (Dick); sisters, Bernetta, Alice, Bride and Rita; children, Agnes Parsons (Hynes), Carmel Hynes, Cecilia, Leo and John (Twins), Wilson and Gregory. Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of wonderful memories sons, Daniel, Seal Cove, NL. Stephen (Tina) Calgary, AB., Patrick(Cynthia) Bell Island, Walter(Kim) Moncton, NB., daughters, Kathleen (Bren) Paradise, NL., Cynthia(Frank) Whitbourne, NL., Mary (Harry), Mount Pearl, NL., Helen (Wayne) Bell Island; 35 grandchildren, 58 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great-grandchildren, brother; Jerry (Linda) Bell island, sister, Muriel Target, Ontario. Cremation has taken place at Mom’s request. The Hynes family will be accepting visitors at Pendergast’s Funeral Home, Bell Island on Tuesday, Dec. 18 from 12-4pm and 6-9 pm and Wednesday, Dec. 19 from 11am-1.30pm. Funeral service will take place at St. Michael’s Parish, Bell Island Dec. 19, 2018 at 2p.m. Interment to follow at the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Lance Cove, Bell Island.
