Passed peacefully away on December 29, 2018 at St. Patrick’s Mercy Home surrounded by her loving family and friends, Marie Hiscock, aged 77. Predeceased by her husband Lawrence Hiscock; parents Annie and Moses Gosse Jr; sister Jean (Ray) Lawlor, brothers Lloyd (Marie) Gosse and Clifford Gosse; and brother-in-law Joe Kennedy. Leaving to mourn daughter Georgina; son-in-law Drury Cook; grandson Eric Cook; sister Ruby Kennedy; brother Leslie (Ivy) Gosse; sister-in-law Carole Gosse; also, a large circle of nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends. Mom was a member of the ACW of Holy Innocents, the Choir and the Girl Guides. A thank you to the Staff of 3EW of St. Patrick’s Mercy Home for their care and compassion. Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, on Sunday December 30 and Monday December 31 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Tuesday January 1, 2019 at Holy Innocents Church at 11 a.m. with interment to follow at St. John the Evangelist Anglican Church Cemetery.
