Peacefully at the Palliative Care Unit of the Prince Edward Home on Monday, May 30, 2011, of Mrs. Deborah Ann "Debbie" McInnis of Charlottetown, age 58 years.
Beloved wife of Robert "Bob" McInnis and dear mother of James "Jim" (Christa) McInnis of Rio de Janeiro. Loving Nana to Bella Evening of New Zealand. Debbie is also lovingly remembered by her sisters and brothers, Ramona Hopper of Edmonton, Alta., Betty (Don) Johnson of Las Vegas, Nevada, Wayne (Sharon) Gallant of Hamilton, Ont., Sheila Hansen of Halifax, N.S., George (Theresa) Gallant of Cornwall, P.E.I.; her mother-in-law, Blanche McInnis; and several brothers and sisters-in-law and nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents, Frank and Margaret (McInnis) Campbell; brother Vern; father-in-law, Jim McInnis; brothers-in-law, Jim Hopper, Glen Hansen, Michael McInnis; and sister-in-law, Donalda McInnis.
Resting at the Hennessey Funeral Home until 12:45 on Wednesday afternoon, then transferred to the Church of the Most Holy Redeemer for funeral mass at 1 p.m. Interment will follow in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Charlottetown. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Palliative Care Unit of the Prince Edward Home.
