It is with heavy hearts that the family of Gloria announce her passing in the presence of her loving family. Predeceased by her beautiful twin boys Walter and David, her father Raymond, sister Barbara Ann, also Robert David Smith. Leaving to mourn her mother Elizabeth, her children Jacqueline (Stephen) and Robert; brothers Perry and Derm (Denise); sisters Pam (Glen), Christine (Rod) and Judy (Bill); her beautiful grandchildren Charlie, Caeleigh and Mason; special nieces and nephews Geoffrey and Joshua, Caitlin and Mark, Kennedy, Olivia and Sydney, Laura and Billy; she loved them all like they were her own children, no love was greater than the love she had for them. A large circle of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. A special thank you to Jackie Connolly, you were there when we needed a guiding hand and for that we will be forever grateful. Cremation has taken place. Visitation at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road on Friday, January 11th, 2019 from 6 – 9 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Saturday, January 12th, 2019 at 11 a.m from Caul’s Chapel. Inurnment to follow at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Petty Harbour. Donations in her memory can be made to the Cerebral Palsy Association of Newfoundland and Labrador, the Mazol Shriners or a charity of one’s choice.
