Passed peacefully away surrounded by her loving family on January 13th, 2019, Elizabeth Grace Martin (Betty), aged 62 years. Predeceased by her baby girl Sarah Catherine; husband Keith Martin; parents Jack and Lucy Power; brother-in-law Jim Boone; granddaughter Lily Belle Martin; and friend Jocelyn Elliott. Leaving to mourn with cherished and loving memories are her daughters: Mandy Martin, Lisa Martin (Lloyd Dicks) and Erin (Ryan) Hynes; foster daughter Loretta Mulroney; grandchildren: Devon Martin, Kyle Hynes, Sarah Coady, Keith Hynes and Jasmine Martin who were the light of her life; forever remembered by her sisters Carol Boone (Matt Fudge) and Linda Power; special friend Paddy Horlick; as well as nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends. Betty lived her life to the fullest, had a huge heart, a smile for everyone and a spirit that will live with us forever. Cremation has taken place at Betty’s request. The family will receive visitors at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road, on Wednesday, January 16th, 2019 from 1–9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, January 17th, 2019 from St. Kevin’s Church, Goulds, at 10 a.m, with inurnment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association or a charity of one’s choice.
