Passed peacefully away on Thursday, January 24, 2019 at the Glenbrook Lodge. Betty Cole age 77 years. Predeceased by her parents John and Mary Madden and sister Carmel O’Mara. Leaving to mourn with cherished memories her devoted husband of 48 years Bill; her loving son Stephen; special friend Agnes O’Mara; siblings: Maureen (Ed) Rouleau, Gerry (Marg) Madden, and Bernard (Carmel) Madden; nieces and nephews: Danny, Susan, Greg, Tim, Erin, Marge and Kenny and extended family and friends. At Betty’s request cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 73 Commonwealth Ave., Mt. Pearl on Sunday, January 27, 2019 from 2:00 -4:00 and 7:00 -9:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, January 28, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. from St. Peter’s Parish, Ashford Drive.
