It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother on Thursday, January 24th, 2019 at the Health Sciences Centre, aged 69 years. Predeceased by her parents Edward (Fub) and Annie Joy (nee Kean); brother Jerome Joy. Leaving to mourn loving husband of 44 years, Robert; son Robert (Colleen); daughter Bonnie (Barry); four grandchildren: Brandon (Julie), Kirkland (Brittany), Cameron and special granddaughter Maycee; two great-grandchildren: Bentley and Lyvonna; brothers: Maurice (Denise), Mike (Annette), Brian (Debbie), Frank and Paul; sisters: Theresa (Vic), Patsy (Terry), Marie (Will), Barb (Denis) and Joanie; also relatives of the Pelley family, and many nieces, nephews, and other friends. Special thanks to the doctors and staff of 4 North A at the Health Sciences Centre for their care and support. At Carol’s request there will be no visitation and cremation has taken place. Funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, January 30th, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. from St. Teresa’s Church, Mundy Pond Rd. Inurnment to follow at the Holy Sepulchre Columbarium, Topsail Rd.
