Passed peacefully away at the Health Science Center in the presence of her loving family on Saturday, February 2, 2019 at the age of 86. Joan was predeceased by her husband Joseph; parents Annie and John; sisters Bride, Eilene, Barbara; brothers Raymond, Derm, Kevin and Jack; daughter Carol; Leaving to mourn twelve children Robert (Floss), John, Deborah, Donna (Tom), Barbara (Pat), Georgina, Joseph, Jancy (Gerard), Randy, Brian (Susan), Kelly (Paul), and Dino. Also leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her sister Beatrice and brother Wayne, and a large number of grandchildren (34); great-grandchildren (32); great-great-grandchildren (3); as well as a large circle of other relatives and friends, also a very special friend Mary Bennett. At Joan’s request, cremation has taken place. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road on Thursday from 10 a.m. – 9 p.m. Funeral Service will take place on Friday, February 8, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. from Caul’s Chapel. Inurnment to follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations can be made to the Lung Association.
