It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of our beloved husband, father, brother, uncle and grandfather, Robert (Bob) Dawe, age 78 on Sunday, February 24, 2019. Predeceased by his parents Robert C.D. Dawe and Cavel (Gosse) Dawe and his brothers Charles and Phillip Dawe. Leaving to mourn are his wife Marion Dawe, son Andrew Dawe, daughter Paula Dawe, granddaughter Ana Dawe del Rio, sister Jane Alice Dempster and her husband Robert Dempster, sister Heather Dawe, nieces and nephews David Dawe, Robert Dawe, Karen Dawe-Naqvi, Carol Ann Dawe-Christensen, Victoria Dempster, Rob Dempster and Kirk Dawe, and sisters-in-law Eileen Sutton and Brenda Slaney. Cremation has taken place. As per his wishes there is no funeral. Visitation at Carnell's Funeral Home, Freshwater Road, on Thursday, February 28 from 1-4 pm. To honour his memory a donation may be made to the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Foundation or a charity of one's choice. No flowers please.
