The death occurred peacefully with family by her side at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, P.E.I. on Friday, March 29th, 2019 of Mary “Dianne” (nee McInnis) Kennedy of Borden - Carleton, aged 72 years. Dianne was born in Borden, P.E.I. to the late Leo and Katheryn (nee McInnis) Noonan. Beloved wife of Mitchell MacDonald and loving mother of Geraldine Kennedy (Greg Pridham), Paul (Sandra) Arsenault, Michael (Melanie) Kennedy. Also lovingly remembered by her 7 grandchildren Jason (Sheena), Kyle (Ariana), Janice (Elias), Rachel (Jarod) Emma, Abby and Sarah, 4 great grandchildren Jacob, Liam, Kaiden and Amiyah. Survived by her brothers and sisters Darryl (Mary Lambe) Noonan, Barbara (Ralph) Hudson, Sharon Noonan, Heather (Milton) Coles, Desi Noonan, Paul Noonan (Karen MacKenzie), Terry Noonan (Roberta O’Brien), Marlene Noonan and Gary Noonan (Tammi Mattheson), brothers and sisters in - law Ronnie (Betty Lou) MacDonald, Faye Inge, Jerry (Annamarie) MacDonald and numerous nieces and nephews. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside until Monday, April 1st, then to St. Peter’s Church, 7 Mile Bay for a funeral mass at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flower, memorial donations in Dianne’s memory to PCH Foundation or Branch # 10 Royal Canadian Legion Borden would be greatly appreciated.
