Born September 28, 1948 passed away in peace at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital on Sunday, March 31, 2019 surrounded by family. He leaves behind his wife Brenda (Genny English); his children Kier (Jen), Tia (Dan), Trevor, and Bruce (April). He was a loving grandfather to Olivia, Alistar, Rachel, Skye, Keiralese and Ryker. He was predeceased by his parents James and Mary Martin, and sister Denise. He is survived by siblings Justin, Alicia, Shawn, Colleen, and Darius their partners and his many nieces and nephews. Raised in St. John's, he was an avid hockey fan and player, who played goalie for several teams. He had a career working in the biochemistry lab at the Miller Centre and later the Health Sciences Centre. A quiet man who kept to himself but also enjoyed celebrating with friends. He was a gentle soul and will be missed by his family and friends. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will take place at Caul's Funeral Home, 84 LeMarchant Road on Thursday, April 4, 2019 from 2 -4 and 7-9 p.m. Please join us at his funeral at 11 a.m. on Friday, April 5, 2019 at Caul's Chapel.
