The family of the late Mary “Mockie” Ferguson, wish to express our sincere gratitude and thanks to all who showed us support during this difficult time. To everyone who called, sent messages of condolences, Mass cards, sympathy cards, flowers and made charitable donations, thank you. To those who attended the wake and funeral, especially those who traveled, thank you. We were overwhelmed by your support. Thank you to Father Devereaux, Deacon Lorne MacNeil, James MacNeil, St. Anne’s Choir and Nina MacDonald-Chiasson for the beautiful funeral service. Special thanks to the Girl Guiders and to the St. Anne’s CWL for the honor guard and the luncheon. Also, special thanks to Joan MacKinnon, “the keeper of her hair”, for decades of friendship and enjoyment on Thursday afternoons and to Sandra Shea for always being there. Thank you to Rita Tompkins and J.M. Curry Funeral Home for your care, compassion and professionalism during this difficult time.
