Janet Sylvia Robinson
The death occurred peacefully and surrounded by her loving family in Kensington, P.E.I. on Friday, April 26th, 2019 of Janet Sylvia Robinson of Summerside, P.E.I., aged 83 years. Janet was born in Summerside to her late parents Leonard and Mary Anne (nee Peters) DesRoches. Beloved wife of the late Robbie Robinson. Survived by the following brothers and sisters: Elmer DesRoches (Doris) of Summerside, Shirley Arsenault of Summerside, Marie Doucette of Kensington, Stan DesRoches (Joyce) of Summerside, Betsy Keough (Bob) of Wilmot, Allie DesRoches (Rita) of Summerside, and Don DesRoches of Vancouver, B.C. Also lovingly remembered by her sister-in-law Theresa DesRoches of Wellington and numerous nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and her husband, Janet was predeceased by her brother Jim DesRoches, brothers-in-law Lloyd Doucette and Ernest Arsenault, her niece Marie, and nephews Carl and Michael. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Summerside until Wednesday, May 1st where a funeral service will take place in the funeral home chapel at 11:00 a.m. Memorial donations in Janet’s memory to the Alzheimer’s Society of P.E.I. or the Canadian Cancer Society.
