Milton James ‘Popeye’ Marsh

Peacefully on Saturday, May 4, 2019 at The Hotel Dieu Shaver Hospital in St. Catharines in his 81st year. Milton was formerly from Little Pond, Cape Breton. Predeceased by his wife, Pearl, and his sister, Corinne.
Survived by his siblings, Wilfred, Lester, Shirley, Brian and Carson. He will be greatly missed by Carol, Gordie, Lora, Vernon, Paulette and Brian, and Dave (Saboo). Milton will also be dearly missed by his many nieces and nephews, greatnieces and nephews, and an abundance of friends.
The family would like to offer our thanks and gratitude to the staff at the Hotel Dieu for the kindness and care that they provided. Milton was a proud member of the North Sydney Pensioners Club and a GM Retiree.
“Always loved, never forgotten, forever missed.” The family will receive friends at the Haine Funeral Home & Chapel, 26 Ormond Street South, Thorold on Thursday from 10:30-12:30 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday, May 9 at 12:30 p.m. Interment at Victoria Lawn Cemetery.
