Passed away at the Blue Crest Nursing Home, Grand Bank, on Thursday, May 26th, 2011, Patrick W. Blanchard of Fortune, age 64 years. Predeceased by daughter Kim, Parents, Michael & Melissa Blanchard, Brothers Michael & Myles. Leaving to mourn: Wife Dinah, daughter Melissa(John) Peddle of Mount Pearl, sons Marcel of Fortune and Patrick(Noreen) of Edmonton; 6 grandchildren; sisters Janet(John) Robinson of Cox's Cove, Ethel(Dave) Earle of Pasedina, Eva(John) Hynes of Ontario; brothers Tony(Rita) of Irish Town and Brian(Christine) of Cox's Cove; sisters-in-law Susan(Alvin) Carter of Whitbourne, Juanita(Bill) Skinner of Fortune; brothers-in-law John(Rita) Durnford of Burgeo, Arch(Theresa) Durnford of Burgeo, Hubert(Joanne) Durnford of Francois and George(Connie)Durnford of Fortune. Also a circle of other relatives and friends. Funeral Service was conducted by Rev. Neal Buffett and Rev. Lochleigh Fiander from All Saints Anglican Church Fortune at 2pm, on Sunday, May 29th. Interment followed at All Saints Anglican Cemetery, Fortune. Organist was Henrietta Pope.
