Bessie Christene Rutter, 92, passed away in Oakwood Terrace, Dartmouth, April 8, 2019. Born in St. Pauls, Pictou County, she was the only child of the late John Walter and Ethel (MacIntosh) Fraser. A Memorial Service will be held at 2 pm on Saturday, June 1, 2019 at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, School Street, Dartmouth with Rev. Dr. P. A. (Sandy) McDonald officiating. Private burial will be in the Bridgeville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, Oakwood Terrace Recreation Department or a charity of your choice.
