Carolyn Ann Matthews
It is with sorrowful hearts that we announce the passing of Carolyn Ann Matthews (age 73) on Tuesday, May 21, 2019. Carolyn passed away peacefully at the Palliative Care Unit in Cape Breton Regional Hospital. Born in Sydney Mines she is the daughter of the late Hugh Matthews and Sarah (Hayward) Matthews.
A funeral service will be held at Carman United Church, on Clyde Ave., Sydney Mines on Saturday, June 8, 2019 at 3 p.m. with Rev. Nick Phillips officiating.
