The death occurred at the Hillsborough Hospital on Thursday, May 23, 2019 of Douglas "Dougie" Hoy of Charlottetown, age 69 years. Beloved brother of Alan, Paula McCardle, Diana and Kenneth (Cheri). Predeceased by his parents Paul and Dorothy Hoy and brother-in-law Eugene McCardle. Lovingly remembered by his nephews. Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home, Stratford. A private family service will be held in the Hillsboro Funeral Home - Stratford Chapel. Interment in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Charlottetown. No visitation by request.
