The death occurred at Summerset Manor, Summerside on Wednesday, June 5, 2019 of George Benjamin MacIsaac, age 90, of Summerside, formerly of St Eleanors, cherished husband of the late Annie Lou (Sabine) MacIsaac. Born in Dunblane on May 13, 1929, son of the late Benjamin & Pearle (MacDonald) MacIsaac. Dear brother to Chesley (late Audrey) MacIsaac, Ada (late Ken) Ellis, Bobby (late Flossie) MacIsaac, Melba (Allison) Ellis, Elwood (Norma) MacIsaac and Rose MacIsaac.; brother in law to Virginia MacIsaac, Wavell (Sandra) Sabine, Phyllis Sabine-Huxley and Patricia Sabine. George will be sadly missed by dear friends Albert and Jean MacArthur, along with his circle of close friends and his many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews whom he dearly loved. Predeceased by his parents, wife of 62 years Annie Lou MacIsaac, brothers and sisters Lorna (Well) Compton, Don (Norma) MacIsaac, Annie (Norman) Campbell, Audrey Rita MacIsaac, Foster MacIsaac, Thelma MacIsaac, Deborah MacIsaac, and Johnny MacIsaac, sister in law Helen (Wendell) Phillips, brothers in law Jack Sabine, Ted Sabine, Chris Sabine, parents in law Jago and Lulu Sabine, nephews Jack Phillips, Blake Ellis, nieces Jean Williams, Wendy Provost and Janice Campbell. Resting at the Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel, O’Leary with family and extented family visitation from 5-6p.m, public visiting hours Sunday from 6-8 pm. Funeral on Monday in the Ferguson Funeral Home Chapel at 11a.m Interment to follow in the Bethel United Church Cemetery. In memory of George, memorials to the Bethel United Church Cemetery Fund or Prince County Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
